Vertigo Loop Terms of Use

Purpose
Vertigo Loop ("the tool", "we", "our") is a privately operated automation tool used for the authorized management of the Vertigo Loop YouTube channel. It is not a public product, and it does not accept public registration or unaffiliated users.
Authorized Use Only
Only the operator of PGMCN Projects and individuals it explicitly authorizes may use Vertigo Loop. Use by any other person or entity is not permitted.
Operator Responsibility
The operator retains responsibility and final control over all uploaded content, including titles, descriptions, scheduling, visibility, and compliance with applicable platform policies and law.
YouTube and Google Terms
Use of Vertigo Loop also constitutes agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service and to Google's Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Use
Vertigo Loop must not be used to:
- Engage in unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Upload content that violates YouTube's or Google's policies or terms.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Availability and Warranty
Vertigo Loop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee compatibility with future changes to YouTube API Services or other third-party platforms.
Changes
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Vertigo Loop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
